1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Cut pita bread into triangles to make chips. 3. Toss pita triangles with olive oil, sea salt, and dried oregano. 4. Spread pita chips on a baking sheet in a single layer. 5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crisp and golden, flipping halfway. 6. Meanwhile, in a blender or food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, parsley, cumin, and salt. 7. Blend until smooth, adding water a tablespoon at a time to reach desired creaminess. 8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. 9. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil. 10. Serve hummus alongside warm pita chips and enjoy.
