Steps
1. Place mixed nuts, flax seeds, and cinnamon in a blender. Pulse until mixture is coarse grain, avoiding turning it into powder.
2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and almond milk together until slightly thickened.
3. Mash the banana and almond butter together in a separate bowl until smooth.
4. Combine the egg mixture and banana-almond butter mixture, stirring well.
5. Stir in the coarse nut and seed mixture.
6. Pour the mixture into a medium saucepan and warm over medium-low heat.
7. Stir frequently for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens and eggs appear cooked.
8. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle pumpkin seeds and mixed berries on top.
9. Add extra almond butter if desired and serve warm.
