Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or bowl.
2. Add cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
3. Blend or mash everything together until smooth and creamy.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
5. Spoon the mousse into a serving dish.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
