Steps

1. Slice the banana into thin rounds. 2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the butter. 3. Add banana slices and lightly sauté for 2 minutes. 4. Lower the heat and layer the cream cheese over the banana slices. 5. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and sprinkle over the cheese. 6. Pour milk gently around the edges of the pan. 7. Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts and chocolate softens. 8. Drizzle honey on top if desired and serve warm.
