Steamed Red Bean and Lotus Seed Cake

Steps

1. Soak lotus seeds overnight, then cook until soft. 2. In a blender, combine cooked red beans, cooked lotus seeds, honey, rice flour, water, salt, and vanilla extract to form a smooth batter. 3. Pour the batter into a small greased heatproof dish. 4. Steam over boiling water for 20 minutes until set. 5. Let cool slightly before serving.
