Steps
1. In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats, milk, and a pinch of salt.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
3. Meanwhile, mash the ripe banana in a bowl and set aside.
4. Peel and dice the mango into small pieces.
5. Once the oatmeal is cooked, stir in the mashed banana, honey, and cardamom powder.
6. Remove from heat and fold in the diced mango.
7. Serve warm in a bowl, garnished with chopped nuts on top.
