Steps
In a bowl, combine chia seeds and coconut milk. Stir well and let it sit for about 10 minutes until it thickens.
In another bowl, mix the pureed mango with honey and cardamom powder.
Once the chia mixture has thickened, layer it in a serving glass with the mango mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Before serving, garnish with fresh mango slices and mint leaves.
