Steps
1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
2. Add honey or maple syrup and stir well until combined.
3. Sprinkle in cardamom powder and continue to simmer until the mixture thickens slightly.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool.
5. Transfer the pudding to serving bowls, garnish with saffron threads and nuts if desired.
6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
