Steps
1. In a blender, combine the chopped mango, heavy cream, condensed milk, cardamom powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a small container or kulfi molds.
3. Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
4. To serve, remove from the freezer and let it sit for a minute. If using molds, run warm water over the outside to help release the kulfi.
5. Garnish with chopped pistachios before serving.
