1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking dish with butter. 2. Cut the bread slices into small pieces and place them in the greased baking dish. 3. Drizzle the melted butter over the bread pieces. 4. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese over the bread. 5. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat. 6. Pour the hot milk over the bread and cheese mixture in the baking dish. 7. Press down the bread pieces gently with a spoon to soak them in the milk. 8. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese and chopped nuts over the top. 9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pudding is golden and bubbly. 10. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. 11. Serve warm and enjoy!
