Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
2. Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add almond milk a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more erythritol.
5. Transfer the mousse into a serving dish or bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
6. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or a few slices of fresh berries.
