Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the brewed coffee, olive oil, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
2. Place the chicken breast in the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
