2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper, then place it skin-side down in the skillet.
4. Sear the chicken for about 5 minutes until the skin is golden and crispy.
5. Flip the chicken over and brush the glaze generously on the meat side.
6. Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
7. Serve hot, drizzled with any remaining glaze from the pan.
