Steps
In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
Lay the tortilla flat and add the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and cheese if using.
Spoon the creamy chicken mixture on top of the vegetables.
Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you roll.
Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately or pack for lunch.
