Steps

1. Pat the salmon fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 3. Place the salmon skin-side down (if skin on) and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy. 4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until almost cooked through. 5. In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce. 6. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the salmon in the pan. 7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, spooning the glaze over the salmon to caramelize it. 8. Remove from heat and serve immediately with a lemon wedge if desired.
