
Steps
- In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced pork to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork.
- Stir-fry the pork for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and caramelized.
- Serve the bulgogi over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Wrap in lettuce leaves if desired.
