Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut a pocket into the chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
3. In a bowl, mix minced garlic and honey, then coat the chicken with the mixture.
4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, remove mushroom stems and stuff each cap with shredded cheese.
6. Bake the stuffed mushrooms for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
