Grilled Turkey Avocado Salad

Steps

1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. 2. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, smoked paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 3. Grill the turkey for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. 4. While the turkey cooks, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and avocado slices in a bowl. 5. Drizzle lemon juice and a bit of olive oil over the salad, then toss gently. 6. Once turkey is done, let it rest for 2 minutes, then slice it thinly. 7.
