
Steps
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the corn kernels and cook until slightly golden.
- Return the beef to the skillet and add the sliced olives.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
