Beef and Mushroom Stir-Fry with Pasta and Potatoes

A delicious and hearty stir-fry dish made with tender beef, flavorful mushrooms, pasta, and crispy potatoes.

Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for a minute until fragrant. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender. 5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and stir well. 6. Return the cooked beef and potatoes to the skillet. Add the cooked pasta and rice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry everything together until well combined and heated through. 7. Serve the beef and mushroom stir-fry with pasta and potatoes hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
