Chicken and Potato Rice Bowl

A hearty and flavorful rice bowl with tender chicken, crispy potatoes, and sautéed onions, topped with a perfectly cooked egg.

Steps: 1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until it's cooked through and golden brown. Set aside. 2. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and sauté the sliced onions until they're caramelized. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 3. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until they turn crispy and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 4. In a small pot, cook the rice according to the package instructions. 5. In the skillet, fry the egg to your desired doneness. 6. To assemble the rice bowl, place the cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl. Top with the chicken, sautéed onions, and crispy potatoes. Place the fried egg on top. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
