Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dried mixed herbs on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
6. Add lemon juice and stir to create the sauce, cooking for another minute.
7. Pour the garlic lemon sauce over the chicken.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
