Steps

6. Add sliced bell peppers and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the skillet.
8. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
