Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken Breast

Steps

1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 4. Grill the chicken breast for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F). 5. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
