1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
2. Add onions, carrots, and bell peppers. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
3. Add corn kernels, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine with the vegetables.
5. Pour soy sauce over the rice and vegetables. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
