Steps
1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced beef to the pan, cooking for 2-3 minutes until browned.
4. Toss in the broccoli and bell pepper, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle chili flakes, mixing everything well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
