1. Begin by heating a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Once heated, add ground beef and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes. 3. Add the scallion, soy sauce, sesame oil and stir to combine. 4. Reduce the heat to low and add the sesame seeds, garlic powder, and black pepper. 5. Cook until the scallions are softened and the beef is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. 6. Serve the beef and enjoy!
