Steps
1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
3. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and fully cooked.
4. Push the chicken to one side of the pan and crack the egg on the other side, scrambling it until cooked through.
5. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, mixing everything well.
6. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
