Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli and carrots to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Pour the soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine and heat through for another minute.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
