
Steps
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Incorporate the bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas, stirring frequently for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chili paste, and honey. Pour this sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
- Stir well to coat everything evenly and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
