Spicy Tofu Stir-Fry with Vegetables

This vibrant and flavorful Spicy Tofu Stir-Fry is a quick and satisfying vegetarian main dish that brings the essence of Asian cuisine to your plate. Packed with colorful vegetables and a kick of spice, it's perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

Steps

1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes. 2. In a bowl, marinate the tofu with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili paste for at least 15 minutes. 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated tofu. Fry until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. 4. Add the sliced bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp. 5. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with chopped green onion. 6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
