- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken thigh in a baking dish and pour the honey mixture over it, ensuring it is well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden brown.
- Optional: broil for the last 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh thyme if desired. Serve hot.
