Steps

3. Place the chicken thigh in a baking dish and pour the honey mixture over it, ensuring it is well coated.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden brown.
5. Optional: broil for the last 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
6. Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh thyme if desired. Serve hot.
