Steps

4. Add the chopped tomato and soy sauce, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper.
6. Push the chicken mixture to one side of the pan and pour the beaten egg into the other side, scrambling until fully cooked.
7. Mix everything together, adjust seasoning, and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
8. Serve hot.
