Steps
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sriracha to make the teriyaki marinade.
2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate it in the sauce for at least 15 minutes.
3. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Serve the chicken and vegetables over a bed of jasmine rice, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
