Steps
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
3. Stir in sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
4. Push the beef and vegetables to one side of the pan.
5. In a bowl, whisk eggs with soy sauce and sesame oil.
6. Pour the egg mixture into the empty side of the pan and scramble until just set.
7. Mix everything together, then add shredded cheese. Stir until melted.
8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
