Steps
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the sauce.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
4. Add bell pepper and broccoli florets, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped spring onion and sesame seeds if using.
7. Serve hot, optionally with steamed rice or noodles.
