Steps
1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken breast in brewed coffee, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting the excess drip off, and place it in the hot skillet.
4. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice brown crust.
5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
