Steps
1. Marinate beef strips in brewed coffee, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add onions and bell peppers; stir-fry for 3 minutes until slightly softened.
4. Add marinated beef and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
5. Pour in remaining coffee marinade and cook for another 2 minutes, letting the sauce reduce slightly.
6. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
