Beef and Mushroom Stir-Fry

A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining tender beef and earthy mushrooms, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Steps

1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Set aside. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. 3. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Add beef strips and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. 5. Add sliced mushrooms and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes. 6. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and mushrooms, stirring well to coat. 7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
