Steps
1. Pat the salmon fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
5. Reduce heat to low, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
6. Once butter melts and garlic is fragrant, add lemon juice and zest.
7. Spoon the lemon garlic butter sauce over the salmon.
8. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
