Steps

1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. 4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well to coat. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
