Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 4. In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic and lemon juice to the pan. 5. Spoon the lemon and garlic sauce over the chicken. 6. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
