Garlic Butter Margarine Chicken Thigh

A juicy chicken thigh pan-seared in rich garlic butter margarine sauce, creating a flavorful and easy-to-make main dish perfect for a quick meal.

Steps

1. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper on both sides. 2. Heat margarine in a skillet over medium heat until melted and hot. 3. Add the chicken thigh skin-side down and cook for 6-7 minutes until the skin is golden and crispy. 4. Flip the chicken and add minced garlic around it. 5. Continue cooking for another 6-7 minutes, spooning margarine and garlic over the chicken. 6. Check that the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F/74°C). 7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if using, and serve warm.
