Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and cook until browned.
3. Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
4. Add pineapple chunks and the sauce mixture. Stir well to coat.
5. Cook until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
