Steps

1. Season the pork chop with salt and pepper on both sides. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 6. Stir in honey and soy sauce, cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. 7.
