Steps

1. Season the pork chop with salt and pepper on both sides. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add the pork chop and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. 4. Remove the pork chop and set aside. 5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 6. Stir in honey and soy sauce, cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. 7. Return the pork chop to the skillet and coat with the honey garlic sauce. 8. In another pan, sauté mixed vegetables until tender. 9.
