Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Carefully slice a pocket into the side of the chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, and chopped spinach.
4. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
5. Stuff the cheese and spinach mixture into the chicken pocket.
6. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe pan over medium heat and sear the chicken breast for 3 minutes on each side until golden.
7. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
