A low-carb twist on a classic Asian stir-fry, using zucchini noodles for a healthy and flavorful dish.
1. Spiralize the zucchini into noodles. 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger. 3. Add protein and cook until browned. 4. Add bell pepper and zucchini noodles. 5. Season with soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. 6. Stir-fry until zoodles are tender. 7. Serve hot.
