
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Marinate the tuna steak in this mixture for 15 minutes.
- Coat the tuna steak in sesame seeds, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the tuna steak for 1-2 minutes on each side for a rare to medium-rare cook.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
