Sesame Crusted Tuna Steak

A flavorful and nutritious main dish featuring seared tuna steak coated in a crispy sesame crust.

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Marinate the tuna steak in this mixture for 15 minutes. 2. Coat the tuna steak in sesame seeds, pressing gently to adhere. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the tuna steak for 1-2 minutes on each side for a rare to medium-rare cook. 4. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
