Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until onions are translucent.
2. Add potatoes, tomatoes, turmeric, coriander, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
4. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.
