Steps
1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken and garlic and stir-fry until chicken is lightly browned.
3. Add mushrooms and continue stirring until mushrooms are cooked.
4. Add the cheese and stir to combine.
5. Cook the egg pappardelle according to package directions.
6. Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
